As a Medical Doctor and Psychiatry Resident, with degrees in Psychology, Physiology and Medicine / Surgery, Dr Kieran Kennedy, sees first hand, the absolute importance in advocating for mental health. ⁣
He works alongside those that are helping to improve the lives of those struggling with mental health and illness; children, families, men and women, from all walks of life. ⁣
Truth being, there is no stereotype when it comes to mental health and illness - it affects all ages, sexes, genders, races, bank balances, job titles and body types - with over 450 million people around the world at effect - sitting at the leading cause of disability. ⁣
His mission is to promote mental health and break down barriers and stereotypes that are linked to seeking help for mental illness - for both men and women.⁣

To encourage and inspire others to reach for more, to speak up, to place as much priority on the strength of health and fitness of their mind, as they do their body and appearance - to live life to the fullest. ⁣
He believes now, more than ever, is the time for the modern man and woman to embrace their health and fitness in every sense of the word. ⁣
To begin to grow, to thrive, to strengthen - from the inside as much as the out.⁣
As you can probably tell from these photos - he’s not a typical psych doc. His after hours gig sees him as a natural bodybuilder and fitness fanatic - having developed a love for the mental side to training and bodybuilding; seeing how his mind can go when it comes to my strength and physique.⁣
We revamped the doc’s personal brand and prepped him for his media appearances, including a recent morning segment on Studio 10. ⁣
